I’ve always been a peanut butter lover and would snack on Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups all the time. While that’s delicious, it’s not the healthiest. Last weekend I went down to visit my cousin Sarah, in Richmond, Va and I was extremely skeptical when she offered me a peanut butter ball. I don’t usually like healthy “treats” but to my surprise, these were actually really good! Since coming home I’ve already made them twice! I wanted to share the recipe with everyone because now I’m kind of obsessed and always have a batch in the fridge for when I need a quick snack.

This recipe usually makes ~12-18 pieces.


**For a gluten-free option swap out the regular oats for gluten-free oats!
**For a vegan option swap out the honey for maple syrup

Mix together all the dry ingredients and then mix in the honey, peanut butter, and vanilla (if you decided to include it).

Pro Tip: Put the mixture in the fridge for about 10-20 minutes to harden up a bit before rolling them into balls. Not necessary but definitely helpful.

Start rolling into 1-1.5 inch balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and they should last about a week (if it even takes you that long to eat them).
